Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 2026
In short: this site asks for your consent before setting anything beyond strictly necessary cookies, via the cookie banner shown on first visit. We use three categories — necessary(always on), analytics, andmarketing — described below. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, or through your browser settings, as described below.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be used for things like remembering a preference, keeping a session secure, measuring how a site is used, or recognising that you've seen an ad. Some cookies are set directly by us (first-party); others may be set by a service we use, such as an analytics or advertising provider (third-party). This policy also covers similar technologies, such as local storage, used for the same purposes.
2. The three categories of cookies we use
Our cookie banner and preferences panel (open any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer) group every cookie on this site into exactly three categories:
Necessary — always on
Required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice — for example, security-related cookies that help protect forms against abuse, and our own first-party uk_consentcookie, which stores the category choices you make so we don't ask again on every visit. These don't require consent under UK/EU cookie law because the site cannot work properly without them, and they aren't used to track you across other sites. This category can't be turned off.
Analytics
Help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — which pages are popular, where visitors come from, and whether pages perform well — so we can improve it. This covers Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity, when enabled. Neither loads, and neither sets a cookie, unless you've switched Analytics on.
Marketing
As a marketing agency, we run our own advertising and, when enabled and with your consent, use conversion-tracking and retargeting cookies from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn to measure and improve our own campaigns. This category also covers optional tools that are only useful once you're actively engaging with us — live chat (Tawk.to) and meeting booking (Cal.com), when enabled. None of these load, and none set a cookie, unless you've switched Marketing on. We don't set marketing cookies for any client's advertising through this website.
3. Third-party cookies
Where we use a third-party analytics, advertising or embedded tool (GA4, Clarity, Google Ads/Meta/LinkedIn retargeting, Tawk.to, Cal.com — each only once enabled via the Analytics/Marketing toggles above), that provider may set its own cookies or use cookie-less measurement, depending on the tool. Any such provider processes data under its own privacy terms and, on our side, as described in ourPrivacy Policy. Advertising and retargeting cookies are only set with your consent.
4. Consent
Necessary cookies are set automatically, as they're required for the site to function. Every non-essential cookie — every Analytics or Marketing cookie — is only set once you've made a choice through our cookie banner or preferences panel, and you're free to decline any or all categories; rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.
You can review or change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, on any page — it reopens the same preferences panel shown on your first visit.
5. How to control or delete cookies
You can control, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser's settings — every major browser lets you view, manage and remove stored cookies, and block them from specific or all sites going forward. Check your browser's help documentation for the exact steps, since the menu location varies by browser and version. You can also withdraw marketing-cookie consent directly through your ad-platform account settings (for example, Google's or Meta's ad-preferences pages).
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working correctly; blocking analytics or marketing cookies has no effect on how the site functions for you.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the tools we use change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
